Street Dance

Street (Vernacular) dance includes all dance styles which evolved outside of formal dance studios in urban or suburban environment. They are, thus, dance styles which evolved in streets, dance parties, block parties, parks, school yards, raves, and night clubs.

Street dance is improvisational and social characterized by interaction and contact with spectators and other dancers.
