Belly Dance

Belly dancing has its roots in ancient cultures of the Arabian Peninsula, and was in existence in pre-Islamic Arabia. Belly dance is the name given to Middle Eastern dance or Arabic dance. Though it is called belly dance, actually nearly every part of the body is involved in the dance, hips being most prominent.
